The large covered veranda is decorated with a small living room with 1 sofa, table and 2 armchairs where you can admire a magical sunset. The dining table with 4 chairs is in the middle of the veranda in front of the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. A very special tropical garden, not only for flowers, fruit trees, birds, but for a rare palm species which is endemic only for Seychelles, the Cocodemer. You find it on Praslin, Curieuse, at the Botanical Garden but the male tree of the Cocodemer has set its roots in Coté Sud since 50 years, The male flower, a phallic catkin is the longest in the world as well as the large nut of the female tree. “Because of their unusual, erotic forms, some people believed that the trees make passionate love on stormy nights”. The small plunge pool overlooking the Cocodemer is exclusively for the Villa. Gli Aranci is made up of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with large en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a King size bed / mosquito net, night tables and a sofa bed and a safe. A balcony is adjacent to the bedroom room with a small sofa and a table, where you can admire a magical sunset. The guest bedroom has a double bed / mosquito net, night table, sofa & a safe. Another bed is also available. The en-suite bathrooms of each bedroom have WC, Bidet, bathtub washbasins, & shower. The walls are decorated with mosaic gems. Un jardin tropical très spécial, non seulement pour les fleurs, arbres fruitiers, oiseaux, mais pour un espèce de palmier rare qui est endémique seulement aux les Seychelles. Vous le trouvez seulement à Praslin, Curieuse, au Jardin Botanique mais le Coco de mer (mâle) s'est installé à Coté Sud depuis 50 ans. Le chaton à fleurs mâles est le plus long ainsi l’arbre femelle, avec la plus grosse graine sont les plus grands du monde. «En raison de leurs formes insolites, érotiques, certaines personnes croyaient que les arbres font l’amour passionné les nuits de tempête ». La petite piscine avec vue sur le Cocodemer est exclusivement pour les clients de la Villa. Gli Aranci qui est composée de 2 chambres climatisées avec grandes salles de bain en-suite.
